Process Report

Appointment Letter and ID Card Distribution Report

Summary

On the scheduled date, all the selected candidates gathered for a meeting where they received their internship offer letters. The event was attended by the Campus Director and Dr. Shivani Kalle, who distributed the offer letters along with the KIC ID cards to the candidates.

About the Process

The process began with obtaining permission from both the Principal and Campus Director to send out invitation letters to the students. Notices regarding the appointment letter and KIC ID card distribution were displayed for the students’ convenience. On the day of the event, attendance sheets were circulated, and photographs were taken to document the proceedings.

Outcome

This initiative aims to increase enthusiasm among candidates and boost their confidence. It is expected that this event will foster greater interactions among participants. Looking ahead, this internship provides significant opportunities, positioning the candidates advantageously for upcoming placements.
