Statutory Declaration under the RTI act 2005
Our Institute is recognized and approved by AICTE , recognized by DTE and Government of Maharashtra, and Affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur. The institute has a Governing Body and College Development Committee as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Universities Act 2016. It runs as per the rules and regulations made by Government from time to time.
The Institute comes under “Self-Financed” category; therefore, financial transactions are audited by the private auditors. The Institute has different Bodies to maintain all types of discipline in the campus. All the cells or committees of the institution are under Statutory Bodies. The applications under the RTI Act along can be sent Central Public Information Officer (CPIO). This application may be sent to the Public Information Officer (PIO) or handed over in his/her office. All information about the college is open for the public and it can it obtained by citizens of India.

- To bring transparency answerability in the administration and functionality of the institution.
- To provide information about the institution, faculty, and students to all the stake holders.
- To provide free shareable information about the institution data a Right to Information Cell is established in the College.
